About You
Name five negatives about you: Sweet, compassionate, friendly, loyal, independent
Name five positives about you: Slightly shy and withdrawn (shy around strangers and withdrawn about my feelings), sarcastic, a procrastinator, indecisive
Briefly describe your personality: I'm a very compassionate person and I try to be as supportive as I can -- I'd do anything for my family and friends. They mean the world to me! I'm a bit withdrawn in the sense that it can be really hard for me to open up about my feelings and I tend to bottle them up inside. I also don't like confrontations, and if someone does something I disagree with I tend to just let it go. I think I'm pretty independent - at least for a student who doesn't have a full-time job (meaning I still rely on my parents for some things). It can be a bad thing because I don't often ask for help, even if I need it, but I don't like relying on others. They've usually let me down, so I don't do that anymore. I like to have fun and goof around, but I can also be serious. I am pretty idealistic and I like to dream a lot about what my life COULD be like, but I also think that I'm grounded and I know what the reality of my situation is. I could make my dreams come true, but it is going to take a lot of hard work and I know that, and I'm not afraid of that. I'm very laid-back and I don't get upset or offended easily - it really takes a LOT to make me mad. Also, I just think that I'm a nice person. I'm a bit shy when it comes to meeting people for the first time, but I'm very friendly and polite.
My Meyers-Briggs personality type is INFP (introverted, intuitive, feeling, perceiving) and my iPersonic type is the Dreamy Idealist. :)
This or That?
Hard Worker or Lazy? Although I do procrastinate a lot, I DO work hard and put a lot of effort into it. I don't take the lazy way out with things.
Serious or Funny? I think I'm both, and I think I know when to be both. I probably tend to be a little more serious, though.
Loyal or Self-Interested? VERY loyal.
Optimistic or Pessimistic? Optimistic, but I do have my pessimistic tendencies!
Traditional or Unconventional? Unconventional, but I like some traditions.
Leader or Follower? I don't consider myself to be much of a leader, but I will step up if I need to. I also won't do something just because everyone else is, either.
In the Office
What is your leadership style? I like to take everyone's thoughts and opinions into consideration, but I'll probably make decisions that will best help the company or employees.
How would you deal with a crisis in the work place? I'd stay calm and level-headed and try to think of a way to handle it as soon as possible.
Do you like to delegate tasks, or prefer to do it all yourself? If I want something done a certain way, I'll do it myself. I don't like telling people to do things either, but sometimes people need that.
What is more important to you, high salary or good coworkers? Both are important but I would rather work in a friendly environment with a lower salary than a hostile environment with a high salary.
Would you stay at a job with no chance of being promoted? If I enjoyed the work and was satisfied with how much I made, then yes.
Do you consider yourself ambitious? I think so. I've set some high goals for myself and I really do think I can achieve them with a lot of hard work.
Is there any particular character you don't relate to? Dwight, hahaha. I love him, though!
