i had a court hearing today in which i had to give my witness testimony regarding the guy i fought who was strangling a woman in the middle of main street. the guy did not look too happy, but shit, man. i didn't want to be there either. i told them i didn't want to testify but i got subpoenaed so i really had no choice. oh well, adios man. please ( Read more... )

i have a feeling i'm really unwanted at a lot of the places i go to hangout with friends.
maybe not unwanted, but unthought of? undesired?
it's mostly my fault anyway, if that's the case.
i'm aware of my tendencies to speak my mind and come off as a jerk.
i just didn't think being myself would turn it's back on me in the long run.

it's so hard to be nice... correction: TRY to be nice to certain people when they're so, well, stupid. completely and utterly stupid and immature, and not necessarily in that order. it's hard for me to realize how i'm the one being touted as "the jerk". i must be going crazy.
