Oh honestly.
Everyone's working themselves into a panic over something so little as a shortage of food and water. If we simply ration it and conserve our water like sensible people, there's nothing to be afraid of. It's simply a matter of planning ahead and not overreacting. -

I see there’s been quite a lot of problems around the city these days. Father’s had to work late just about every night. It’s a shame, but I can’t help but feel proud that he’s trying so hard to help people. It’s quite a lot to live up to, but I’m sure I’ll manage.
