I love it and hate it all at the same time. I work at the Maple stree YMCA, doing a summer camp type of thing. It pays pretty okay, and it only and 8 hour job (not staying over the night with twirpy kids). I just hate that all I do is yell. These are some of the most disrespectful kids I have ever met. They don't listen, they don't want to

do it from the chest
you can do the angry parent yell without having to feel like your throat is getting smaller and smaller.

drink lots of fluids to combat the yelling-related dryness.

haha...i used to do that exact same camp. needless to say, after being a riverside camp counselor it was very different. try clapping. or any other means to get the kids' attention. :D
