My new job...
I love it and hate it all at the same time. I work at the Maple stree YMCA, doing a summer camp type of thing. It pays pretty okay, and it only and 8 hour job (not staying over the night with twirpy kids). I just hate that all I do is yell. These are some of the most disrespectful kids I have ever met. They don't listen, they don't want to participate, they are mean to people. Guh! All I do is yell, and I come home and my voice is sooo tired. Part of me is just telling myself to suck it up...I only have 10 more weeks left. But the other part is yelling, "what are you doing to your voice?" I have a huge fear of getting nodes, because I've tried so hard to take care of my voice. I don't want to ruin anything because I was stupid and had to yell. Maybe I should get a whistle...or someone else to yell for me.
