My favorite humor fan fic has got to be I AM KROGAN! And I am in love with a Quarian? I think its fairly in character, but its worth it for the reactions of Grunt walking around the ship nude, all the main male cast sitting together and watching porn, and the best night out on Omega ever.

I... can offer up my own, I guess? I've got two Mass effect short fics, both as crack as they come, though I can't vouch for the humor or in-character-ness.
