Hooray for Saxon Math! \o/

Do you have older edition books? I've pretty much been afraid that they went to shit after being sold off to Harcourt, but I don't have any actual data to back it up. (Actually, the downward spiral started when Frank left as president of the company...)

My Saxon Math books are all from the 1980s, when an aunt sent along comps she had of the textbooks. (That aunt = graphic designer.)

I'm trying to place why you have so much Saxon knowledge. You worked there, right? I went to a high school that used them and had the textbooks for extracurricular reinforcement from around age 6 thanks to my aunt.

Ah, yes, I remember. Yep, I did used to work for them, as the tutor who answered the 800 number in the front of the textbooks. :) I remember, now, talking to you about inheriting the textbooks. I still have an Advanced Mathematics and Calculus text from them...

Congratulations on the smarty-pants. :)

I got a lot out of Missouri's gifted programs.

We're trying to keep it from going to her head. (:

I had a tough time in the public school system in Massachusetts, but I was in an extremely small district that was not equipped to deal with me. The school district we live in now has a well-established gifted and talented program that I'm quite fond of.
