Yesterday I volunteered at a neighborhood Washington Mutual location's grand opening. Got to meet interesting local people, fed breakfast to a team of cheerleaders, and was frequently mistaken as an employee of either the bank or the local deli that delivered the food trays I was tending. Right now the only open lead is a lost cat listing on Tabby Tracker that I sent a request for contact to but haven't heard back from. Outside of that I've heard from or followed up on about eight possibilities.

He was thrilled today that I dumped the soiled filling from a homemade shredded-paper-filled pillow that he had peed on last week, bleached it in the laundry, and refilled after putting a zipper in for future stuffing changes. I was happy that it let me reuse a metal-toothed zipper that I'd salvaged last year.
