Go and read 366 by themoononastick it is a gut wrencher. It's Sam/Dean as Dean's last year nears its end and Sam faces the inevitable. Not much fiction makes me cry (that's what tv/movies are for) but this did.

Carry Me Over the Sky by killa. Very angsty and hot and right in oh so many ways. The relationship between the brothers is perfect. I love how the story unfolds and the wonderous application of alcohol as emotional lubricant. For me this is the more romantic end of the pond.
