One minute's worth of reading and I am in tears.

Ruth and her necklace, probably praying when she died? Lucas staring, with those lovely eyes, Tariq, and Harry....

I am being a soppy mess, aren't I?

So, no life-savers for you, huh? :P lol.

Andrew is pretty much the exact type of guy I like, even before I saw him on Spooks. Tall (at my height they need to be tall), lean etc.etc.

Nope. I don't think I'm missing out on much. :P

Andrew, yes, is lovely. I have to agree. Every guy I've gone for has been tall (6' or over) and lean. With Andrew he has this fantastically sharp jaw line, and it's so cute when he smiles and his eyes go crescent-shaped like that *points to icon*

That's what got me about Zaf too, was the wonderfully devious smile. His eyes twinkled. :D

Some of them are gorgeous ; some are arrogant twats as well, but most are truly lovely. Two of my ex-boyfriends were life-guards and they were genuinely nice guys.

Zaf had a great smile, he really did.

I'm trying to think of who else I've had a crush on over the years and am getting absolutely nothing....

No, Mark Harmon, I knew I'd forgotten someone. Those eyes...

With genuinely nice guys, it doesn't matter what they look like. :)

Zaf's smile was gorgeous, really.

Mark Harmon....*is Googling*....oooh, NCIS guy? Yes, he was attractive when young, I see, but as an older dude, erm...

I always notice eyes, too. If they have really nice eyes, I'm hooked.

Are we talking actor crushes now? Hmm....Tom Hardy, Greg Wise too (when young). Matthew Goode (eyes!) Matthew Macfayden (his voice is so nice....)

I prefer him older... though he's older than my dad which is actually quite revolting when I think about it. lol.

Aw, what?

More creepily than your example: I think the fact that I've had crushes on people who look like my dad (when he was like, 30, mind) is a bit revolting. Like, what! Thanks for that brain chemistry! Ewww.

You know, now I think about it Lucas looks a bit like him though paler.......ok, that is weird.

I was looking through photo albums once and found a photo of dad when he was 19. First thought? "hey, this guy's hot," followed my "oh, my god, that is disgusting!" when I turned the photo over and read the back.

So, you're not alone. lol.

*shudders at memory*

Needless to say, after that, I am very careful on who I get a crush on so I don't creep myself out. lol

Yeah, I've had that happen, but then I don't even realise, and then I think about it and it's just like 'Oh no........', and I am revolted.

*shudder*

Seriously though, the more I look at a picture of Lucas, the more I see my dad.....this is bad. They even walk the same. WTF. I need to sleep, I think. I am going insane.

Mmhm.....you think I'm crazy, right?

No! Of course I don't. You're relatively sane. :P Besides, there is nothing wrong with being utterly nuts.

Relatively.....well okay then. :P In RL I am quite level-headed. Rarely do I flip out entirely, which is strange, seeing as being 'utterly nuts' is something which seems to run in my family.

Half of them are loud, boisterous Brits, so in comparison the Canadian side seems completely mellow.

I have my mother's nutso side. Put it this way, we have nicknamed her parents 'The Costanza's' (from Seinfeld) so that gives you an idea of what they're like.

And dad's side is just... they're just bonkers.

It why I like being in my 'branch' of the family. We're 'outcasts' because of a Catholic/Protestant liaison fro years ago. And an aboriginal housemaid, and my mother who has just blitzed everything. lol.

It's fun, it really is.
