One minute's worth of reading and I am in tears.

Ruth and her necklace, probably praying when she died? Lucas staring, with those lovely eyes, Tariq, and Harry....

I am being a soppy mess, aren't I?

Don't be sorry! If I were you, I would think I was a total nutcase and complete obsessive. lol ( ... )

I agree wholeheartedly! I love all those things about Ros, and how nothing seems to faze her. I love her sense of humour.

And no, she's not conventionally pretty. Very attractive in a certain way, very lithe and graceful in that trained-dancer poised way, but not dainty. (Have you ever tried to walk like her? So. Difficult.) I do think she's gorgeous, because her face is not conventional, it is interesting. She's got great eyes. Like a cat.

My cousin and I did the 'Ros walk' around Brisbane for a day. It was brilliant actually because people get our your way, no questions asked.

HN does seem to polarise people when it comes to her appearance. I think she looks gorgeous, my former landlord thinks she's ugly, my mother just gets annoyed that someone has that figure after two children, my dad thinks she 'looks good' which is his version of saying 'looks fantastic' and F.S just says "she's completely hot."

Bizarro. lol.

And her eyes are fantastic, and HN can do so much with them. *points at icon for example*

Those reactions made me laugh out loud. annoyed she has that figure after two children she is incredibly slim for that, actually. My mum always just tries to spot what 'work' she's had done. (Uh..any?) my dad just likes the action and politically bits, and my sister has a bit of a squee session.

So. I've never asked what they actually think of her. I suspect my mum's remarks would be unkindly, my dad's indifferent, and my sister's promptly veering into which male she thinks is most attractive. Ha.

She is ridiculously slim. I'm always surprised you can still see her when she turns side-on. lol. Mum's a bit touchy when it comes to her weight... scrap that, VERY touchy when it comes to her weight, so if she's in a bad mood we get comments like that. lol. I think she'd put on a kilo or something, I dunno, I ignore her now. lol.

I don't think she's had work done (?) but even so, she looks great. :P

Dad loves the action as well (he is such a child) so any fight scene he is guaranteed to like, though he was somewhat annoyed (like me) Ros didn't cause Sarah more harm. lol.

I know! And she's really muscular too, like in that scene when she's crying over Jo? Phoar, her arms are envious.

I don't care if she's had work done, she still looks fabulous. My mum just likes to nitpick these things.

Action! Explosions! Dad loves it. I wanted a Sarah/Ros showdown, damnit. What we got was great, 'stop whining, it's just a graze' and all, but I wanted it to be FEIRCE. It wasn't. Pffft.

I know! How the hell did she get those arms? I used to swim nine times and week and they still weren't as good as those! *mutters*

And I wanted a true Ros/Sarah show down. With low blows and fighting dirty as I'm sure they both would. "You hold her hand, I'll pull her hair." Now that, is a dirty trick! lol. But the 'it's just a graze' was fairly fabulous. lol.

My mother is just jealous, I think. lol. She puts on weight and the whole world has to suffer. :P

Nine times a week? Dear god, you Aussies do like your fitness! Where did you find the time for that?lol.

And Ros is fairly fabulous in general. That's why she goes so well with this one. *points at icon*

I was in training for a long-distance swim. lol. And I was at school so there were enough hours in the morning and afternoon as me and study became two very foreign things my senior years. lol. Now, I would have little chance (when uni is on) to get those sort of hours up. :P

And that made me burst out laughing. It really did.

Exactly! And I've always found Adam sort of annoying .

But he was so pretty so look at...

Are you being sarcastic? Because I never got the prettiness thing about Adam. I don't know. Maybe it was overshadowed by his being a whiny idiot?

Also, I have an inability to find blonde men attractive. I don't know what it is, I just don't like it.

No, I found him genuinely attractive though, as I said, he is 'pretty.' So I don't find him as attractive as, let's say, Andrew (surprise, surprise) or Zaf, but he is still good-looking.

And you really don't find blonde guys attractive? Even the ludicrously stereotypical but often true life-saver-type Australian guys with the sun-bleached hair? Sorry, I've spent most of my life around pools and the ocean, they're the guys I saw most days. :P

Zaf and Andrew are far more attractive in my mind.

And no, frankly, not at all. Especially not those life-guard types. If I look back the trend seems to be me being attracted to dark-haired guys almost consistently. (There was once a red-head, but no blondes.)
