One year ago today...
I was packing up the car because in the morning of the 28th I was getting induced. Little did I know that Lil Ms. Sunshine wasn't going to make her grand appearance until the 30th in mid-afternoon.
Despite the (painful) seemingly endless and sleepless couple of days spent getting there, the first words out of my mouth when she was born were "I'd do ( Read more... ) -

I'm so used to have tons of people to "omghowawesomeisthisshow" with and I feel very lonely right now, lol!
~Off to dust off the good old Muse and attempt to write a Fringe fanfic. -
What I've been working on ALL DAY!
It's hubby's birthday tomorrow and he was very adamant about me not spending money on him...So here's what I made for him.
I've never made a video/slideshow in my life so I hope it turned out okay.

Movies recommendations?
As long as it's not a black and white and isn't older than the 1980's,
I'd love to know what your favorite movies are. It's way too hot to hang out outside for long periods of time and there's nothing on TV. After the baby has gone to bed (around 7pm) and before hubby gets home (around 11pm-midnight), I get b.o.r.e.d.

9 months ago...
Nine months ago today, after 42 weeks of pregnancy, 48 hours at the hospital and 8 hours of intense labor, I was informed that they would have to perform an emergency c-section.
And out came this big beautiful girl who has been the sunshine of my and so many other people's lives since.

Glasses?
I've gone to the optometrist twice in 15 years. I know, bad me.
The first time (15 years ago) I had 20/15 vision, so just above average. The second time (5 years ago), I was between 20/20 and 20/25, so not as good but still average. Now I'm between 20/25 and 20/30. So the question is, do I get glasses even though at this point I don't really need ( Read more... )
