he's good now - bounced back like a little rubber ball, what was really disturbing was the vet almost presuming we'd put him down rather than the expense of a surgery he might not have survived (he was very shocky by the time we got there).. I know people do this and it saddens me, but I'd rather he just come out and ask and we get on with it, rather than stand there hinting at it with a raised eyebrow waiting for me to say something...
