I think there must be some weird generation gap with all of our parents and all of us being in long-term relationships in college. My parents were on my brother's case about it all the time, and now they're on my case about it. I thought it was just my parents because they're older and they commuted to college, but I guess it's more a general thing than I realized.

And I think you're fabulous and great and not any more fucked up than the rest of us (because we're all kinda fucked up). If you're feeling good, that's what's the most important thing.

I think it's pretty true. Growing up during the sexual revolution might have screwed them all up a little. My parents met when my mother was younger than I am, and moved in together less than a week later, and I still got flack for not dating around in college. Oh well.
