pain

I don't know how it happened, but I really hurt my back yesterday. I couldn't put Lucien to bed last night, and I can't lift him. I can walk okay but getting into and out of a sitting position is really hard. It hurts to cough. :( I generally have a pretty high pain tolerance, but this is tough to take. Yuck, I'm so sorry. I have a lot of back problems, and I usually use Advil in conjunction with bed rest and ice packs. And I know how impossible that all is with a toddler!

Thanks. I iced a bit yesterday. Then I remembered that I had some arnica gel and I used that last night. I was sitting straight in a hard chair at a meeting for a couple hours after that, and I felt so much better. I don't know if it was the arnica or the sitting still, but it was awesome. Then I woke up super sore again this morning. Ugh. But at least I have some hope now that it will get better without medical intervention. That's a good thing.

Mom introduced me to momentum about a year or two ago and it is AMAZING so I recommend trying to find it (you can usually find it at walmart or any other pharmacy)It works for Don and his back problems are pretty bad (herniated disk and degenerated something or other)so I definitely recommend you try finding it. Love you! You could also try to crack your back by sitting in a chair, holding on to

Ok i dunno how it posted but to finish my comment, sit in a chair, holding onto the back of it turn to one side until it cracks and then the other. Sometimes that helps - but the momentum is a definite good thing. :) Love you!!
