I wonder if I could...

I was thinking that I might try giving myself one day a week to eat whatever I wanted and that way, during the week, when I crave something I can write it on a list and when that one day comes, if I am still craving it, I can go out and eat it. If I did do that, I think it might help me the rest of the week because I won't just be telling myself ( Read more... )

i have the same problem with my bf. as soon as he comes over i'm like I'M HUNGRY! and at his house i tend to go over my limit because he still lives with his parents and they buy soooo much junk.

but when i'm alone i never eat! i may eat some ramen once in a while but nothing much more.....stupid boyfriends....what's wrong with us? we just suck. we have no control! lately i've been trying hard though...& right now i have a really bad craving for ramen. and i keep thinking IM GOING TO GO MAKE SOME. but then a minute later i'm like NO! YOU'LL RUIN EVERYTHING! so i think i'm going to like chainsmoke or something until the craving goes away....smoking is bad, though. i want to quit! ok i'm kinda tipsy sorry for the weirdness lol..yeah there's another reason right there for me to NOT eat the ramen....all the damn cals in this liquor is ENOUGH for the day.

Ha ha! I do love ramen...but you know what? Remember a long time ago when I was wondering if the seasoning had any calories? It is the noodles that have all the calories. The seasoning has none, so to cure your cravings, boil up lots of water and then add the seasoning for a yummy drink/soup thing. The only thing is - it has an ass load of sodium, so just drink lots of water too. *muah* Oh, and btw. Yes our boyfriends suck, right? Being around him just makes me love food. Gwar. :(

A little suggestion for when your boyfriend gets home, I don't know if it'll work for your sitch, but perhaps.

Go around online and find some really super low cal recipes that don't seem low cal, and plan them for suppers- complete with a little dessert type thing (sugar free jello with melon pieces, etc). Make the recipe and the desert (timed for around when he'll get home) and then have a sit-down dinner, at the table or even just eating at the same time in front of the tv. That way, you have 'busy work' while he's home and a low-cal solution at the end. ^_^

Good luck, I'm sure you'll do wonderfully!
