The new challenge, for OIcontest #4, is Icon Pairs.

Everyone who enters must submit two icons in the same comment. Those icons will be judged as a pair. There are no other restrictions. one last question... are animated allowed? ... I know you said "anything goes" , but I see no animated in the samples.. and I don't see the topic addressed..

Yes, animation is allowed, unless it's expressly disallowed (which it's never been so far).
