Was rather gutted about Kings being taken off-air. I'm still reasonably optimistic that it will come back in June as promised, but I notice a number of people who are more experienced and wiser in such things saying with a degree of certainty that they're not holding their breath, so... yeah, just very disappointed that we're in for a fair amount ( Read more... )

I know. :D I've recently come to realise that I get most squeeful about vid ideas that will fuck up as many people as I can.

The one you mentioned was the one you weren't sure about doing because of the message it would send to a certain section of fandom you don't necessarily agree with. Is that vague enough? *g*

I would love to submit something to Vividcon. That should be my long-term goal, vid-wise.

Oh, right, that one. :D I'm still planning it as my premiere this year, assuming that I'd have time to rewatch all the source. The CVV vid idea would have to be for next year, because the song claiming etc has long come and gone, and the deadline's like in a day. But that's cool because I'll actually get to see it air next year.

See, I didn't even know about Kings being taken off the air. I thought they were just taking a random two week break or something. Sigh. It's such a shame. :/

I'm extremely jaded when it comes to shows I love being cancelled, so take my distrust of Kings coming back with a grain of salt. It very well could be aired in June, but I doubt it.

I wondered why you didn't do CVV vids, but never asked, so it's cool to read that you're going to try your hand at one. ;)

I assumed Sierra was Topher, but maybe not thinking about it because he would have had to get a brain scan. It makes sense within the episode in relation to Echo's engagement though. I'm going to continue assuming it was a Topher imprint.

No particular reason why I don't do CVV vids. I just haven't really been inspired to before, but that changes with one fucked-up idea, so I'm all in next year.
