Kings, SPN, vid rec, advanced CVV squee
Was rather gutted about Kings being taken off-air. I'm still reasonably optimistic that it will come back in June as promised, but I notice a number of people who are more experienced and wiser in such things saying with a degree of certainty that they're not holding their breath, so... yeah, just very disappointed that we're in for a fair amount of wait in either case.
Thought this week's SPN was enjoyable. No real opinion either way. When's the next one?

Beautifully edited, drawing a number of subtle connections across the first three volumes to arrive at a more coherent character portrait than the show itself was ever able to muster.
As usual around this time of year, I've been sitting back in quiet leisure as everyone around me starts to incessantly squee and/or tear their hair out in light of the impending Club Vivid deadline. But next year I think I'm going to jump into the fray, because - well, not to jinx it or anything - I have a really awesome CVV vid idea. Or at least I think it is. I hope it is. I hope that it will fuck everyone up good and proper. Yes. Hee.
ETA, a quick spoilery speculation for Dollhouse 1x10.
M. got the feeling early on that Topher cloned himself as a playmate and thought that it would be a cool reveal. This doesn't get confirmed by the end of the episode. I guess the available options are a) he made Sierra's imprint out of personality fragments, or b) he made Sierra's imprint out of himself. As there was no reveal, it probably was more likely to be (a) than (b). But I reckon (b) would have been far creepier and more awesome.
