Apparently I have glandular fever. Take THAT, healthy world! :( Or I might not because they thought I had something else the other week and lol it wasn't that and now I have to do more blood tests and the nurse has already made fun of my tiny tiny veins. I only have one day of sick leave with pay left too, so I'm going to try and do a complicated ( Read more... )

No glandular fever! No!

No Mono!

Shoot the symptoms in the face and if they reoccur, I'll refer to them my colleague, Resident Specialist Pain.

Avatar is terrific, isn't it? :-)

It really is. :D

That sounds like an excellent plan! Sounds twice as effective as anything else!

Ahhh feel better! Idk what glandular fever is but it sounds painful, especially in the head area, ick ick. I HOPE YOU KNOW HOW HARD IT IS TO FOCUS ON THIS AS A "GET WELL" COMMENT WHEN YOU'VE MENTIONED AVATAR THOUGH

BECAUSE ALL I REALLY WANT TO SAY IS "EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE" AND "TELL ME YOUR FAVORITE CHARACTERS RIGHT NOW!" AND "AND THEN YOUR FAVORITE PAIRINGS! ALL OF THEM! lol least gen-inclined" AND SO ON AND SO FORTH.

But, well, I wish you the best with your health, too! Even if I'm distracted by excitement, it's still true!

Also, what is Monkey?

TY, BB! I only knew about it in passing and they're only saying it's "probably" glandular fever at the moment since my liver's enflamed and my white cell count is down, but according to this sheet my doctor gave me you just feel like you have the flu, a huge fever in the first few days, and have to rest for about a month. Apparently people automatically get two weeks off work if they have it, and school kids take a month or so off. Oh great, and it can also turn into chronic glandular fever and maybe also cause chronic fatigue syndrome if you don't rest enough. GDI ( ... )

I love Avatar...mostly I love Sokka...and the fact that the guy who voices Zuko was at one point RUFIO from hook and had a large red mohawk (and is also 30+ and somehow still ends up cast as a 17 year old in movies...WTF?) I can't wait for the live-action version which is written and directed by M. Night Shaymalan (or however you spell his name) and everyone cast in it is completely white (which I'm not holding against Jackson Rathbone who is playing Sokka because he is very attractive, but which I am holding against everyone else...especially the person cast as Zuko). Okay...rantishness done. I think.

He is? AHAHAHA oh man I need to watch Hook again. I knew he was one of the older voice actors and was probably in things I've seen before (only thanks to wiki) but LOLOLOLOL :'D

I wish the cast weren't so white. :( It annoyed me before watching the series but now that I have it really pisses me off.

Oh, and they've recast Zuko now apparently so he's not white, which in some ways makes it worse because it's going to come off as the white protagonists redeeming the "morally confused non-white guy." >>>>>>:(

I hope you're feeling better soon...

I haven't watched Avatar but I am enjoying Ben 10 which is a bit of a guilty pleasure.

Thanks! I'm trying to make myself feel healthier by yelling at computer games until I get twitchy. So I should probably find an alternative method there yeah. :\

Avatar is fabulous, it's so refreshingly wonderful and non-faily and lovely and *____________*
