[Zelda's writing as she speaks. The scribbling isn't constant, however, so it appears Zelda is making notes on her conversation.]

I understand that there has been a significant boost in morale as of recent. Freedom from a single object does not guarantee security or freedom from another object beneath the subjugation of the prior. Anyone who ( Read more... )

Success can always be formulated easier if people communicated better. I am sure you and I are not the only ones who feel this way.

Looks that way. Say something they do not agree with... they ignore you. Or attempt to insult you.

I cannot quite say I have had that happen, but it would not surprise me in the least if it were to. I believe it is a consequence of the different perspectives all people have.

That's nothing new, even if I just got here. People are like that... I'll bet pretty much anywhere.

Don't expect all of 'em to agree. Some just like to stay blinded against things.

I have heard that ignorance is bliss. In some cases, I could see how that would be the case, but it seems far less hurtful to confront something head on than to live more with a blinded gaze.

People will do as they will themselves to. It is interesting, how fear grapples onto us and often pulls our strings.

That's a courageous way of dealing with the world. Not everyone can face up to that, and some will go out of their way just to avoid more pain.

If they realize they've got that kind of will.

It would be nicer--even if unrealistic--if courage could be shared among others. I fail to see how avoiding the situation would help one avoid pain, however. Would that not only cause more in the long run? Even someone who ignores the predicament will eventually come to face it. When that happens, is that not more traumatic?

People, in that situation, should they be helped or simply left to their own devices, do you think?

[Her accent is extremely thick, and she's talking very slow to try to pronounce her words.]

Not as it seems? What, exactly, do you mean, hm?

[Oh, wow. Foreigner indeed.]

I only meant that newcomers should be wary. That was all.

[She most definitely feels like it, even talking with others from different earth's.]

Ah, I see. Perhaps...[ugh, English is hard] Perhaps you could elaborate, oui?

[How... much more detailed does Zelda need to be...? She's unsure of how to respond.]

Ah... Well. I was only saying that there are some people who are less than trustworthy and that you should choose your allies carefully.

[He was going to say something. Because he's almost sure that last comment was about him. But he hasn't spoken to Zelda since the library and decides to keep his track record clean.

[She notes the user ID. Zelda's actually grown quite a bit smart since she arrived, which means it isn't hard to figure out that it's him.]

Is there something you--

[And there's a click. That's probably a "no," then.]
