I suppose it's just becoming taxing, not being able to do what one is good at as one knows it.

I understand perfectly. You can't find a way to answer your vocation. I think the real problem in your situation is both the lack of clear laws and the vigilantism of the citizens when they feel wronged. But there have been a few trials recently and I wonder if they won't encourage more.

Tomorrow would be best, I think, if it suits you.

That's precisely what has been bothering me in the entire course of my stay here. There is no restraint on a lot of people, and to know of the kind of worlds they come from where such things are encouraged... it makes it even harder to propose any means of compromise.

Tomorrow afternoon, then. At two o'clock? Perhaps at the café, as we met last.
