I would like to point out, for those of you who did not know about this, a strange person in African politics. Hussein Farrah Aidid. He is the son of Mohamed Farrah Aidid, who was the target of the ill-fated US Operation Restore Hope in Somalia, which was portrayed in popular cluture by the book and subsequent movie rendition, Black Hawk down
