Becoming Jane trailer

In case you haven't seen it yet. I wasn't sure about the movie, butI'm keen to see it now.
Becoming Jane is about Jane Austen's first love, which apparently inspired her subsequent novels. Slightly dubious history perhaps, but the movie looks charming enough. Plus James MacAvoy is fantastic (watch the trailer and see if you don't agree!). I may go

Ooh, James MacAvoy looking a bit dashing there :)
Anne Hathaway's accent sounded pretty good, but hmmph, there must be plenty of obfas who could have done it.
On the other hand: Helen McRory! Ian Richardson! Squee!

Exactly my thought, both on James' dashing-ness and the obfas. However, if the use of Anne Hathaway gets more people seeing and appreciating James MacAvoy's talent, that's good, right?

oh I love the music to the trailer - is it the same composer as sense & sensibility? Really looking forward to this one :-)

Not sure, but I certainly recognise the two music tracks in the trailer as being used in Little Women and Sense and Sensibility. Hopefully they won't be overused in Becoming Jane...

so looked up the music on imdb. according to that, it's original music by Adrian Johnston but it certainly sounded like Emma and sense & sensibility to me :-)
