Hey, y'all. :) Tumlbr, Twitter and ontd_ai continue to eat up most of my time and my ~thoughts - it's not a surprise that this is only my second time to update this LJ this month. I guess when I already express myself in tiny bits, I don't think it necessary to repeat everything here. But then again, this place has always been the main ~record of my ( Read more... )

Why did I read the entire tour section? It's not like I haven't been around for every step of that. LMAO.

LOL IDK it felt so weird writing it out because it felt so redundant. But I have to post something in my LJ, and since the tour has consumed my life, I figured I should write about it. IT FELT SO AWKWARD AND I'M GLAD I COULD JUST PICSPAM THE HECK OUT OF IT.

And now, watch me not update until August. LOL.

I love love love your HP review. It was all excellent. Not to the book, but still well done. And that deleted scene, where the hell, I want that and an icon. I wanna hear someone explain that scene to me. The only scene I didn't care for was the death scene only becuz I felt Harry was OOC but that's just how I felt.

I love the music you listed and the pictures from the AI tour. I have added quite a bit of music to my last.fm in the last week or 2. Thanks for sharing some of that.

Aww yay! Movie adaptations never, ever, ever in my experience live up to the books, so I went into the movie with low expectations and an adjusted mindset. It worked perfectly for me, because I enjoyed the heck out of HBP. :D

That deleted scene is in this Rupert/Emma interview clip and I'm dying to find out what it's supposed to be about. They're standing so close and nnnnngh I need to know!

MISSING BDJ IS NEVER IRRATIONAL. omfg I found this old interview with Alice and she is fangirling him SO HARD. It's adorable.

Had you worked with Brian d'Arcy James, who plays your husband, before?

We did a workshop together of a piece, and we've done concerts, and of course we know each other through the community, but we've never done an actual production together. I just think Brian d'Arcy James is a dream come true. I've known of him ever since I saw him in Titanic, and I fell crazy in love with him at that moment. I thought, I love my husband, but I can't wait for the moment that I get to work with Brian. And here we are, where I'm onstage with him and he's singing that song called "The Promise," and he doesn't take his eyes off me the whole time. My back's to the audience, and it feels like I'm the only person in the world.

Also, provided a DVD is filmed this week or... whenever, I'm def buying one of CMIYC. Yup.

OMG SO PRESH. <3

Nnnnnngh I wish so badly to be in that alternate universe where BDJ is still Dan and he won the Tony and asdkjfad;flaj'asjfljads; okay enough. I love Bobby too, I swear!

I hope a kind soul films it, and your even kinder soul can share. ilu

YEEEES. THEY ARE. They are like, my OTP in the PLEASE-WORK-TOGETHER-AGAIN-BECAUSE-YOU-HAVE-FUCKING-AMAZING-CHEMISTRY-OMG sense. I think that may be one of my problems with Bobby, IDK. Brian and Alice are both these intense singers/actors and Bobby doesn't seem to be on the same level as them. IDK.

I am kinda convinced had he been Dan and not Shrek, he'd have taken it over the BE boys. Can you IMAGINE Brian!"I've Been"?

ilu2. :* i'm sure I can do ~something~

Yeah, exactly. Brian always gave back exactly what Alice gives, and vice versa. I never felt that Bobby ever did that, tbh. IN MY BEAUTIFUL ALTERNATE UNIVERSE, TVEIT GOT A NOMINATION AT LEAST, BRIAN GETS BEST ACTOR, AND WE ARE ALL DEAD FROM THE AWESOMENESS. OR SOMETHING. IDEK.

Brian!"I've Been"

I do not want to live in a world where that doesn't exist. JFC. I'm holding out for Brian to eventually play that role again someday - with Alice of course. Someone needs to make that happen.

OMG anything you want, it's yours.

This is because we're the same person, bb. ;)

Obviously. ♥

Seriously though, I agree with so much of this post -- it's almost ridiculous. The only thing we really differ on is the Ron/Hermione pairing. =/

Well, we had to differ in something, bb! Or else I'd really be freaking out. Heh. To each her own, when it comes to shipping. ;)

Half Blood Prince was fucking amazing. It's definitely my new favorite too, and I'm in so much love. Dan is totally Harry now. After six movies, he finally has this character DOWN, and I adore him.

THEY DON'T GET RON'S CHARACTER RIGHT D: It makes me sad as well, and I hate that they always give the important lines to Hermione. Ron's an awesome character. Oh, blah. The end scene hasn't satisfied me since the third movie, so I guess it was expected.

AARON, OH DEAR GOD. That boy is beautiful, and I love him.

I'm torn between laughing because he looks like a tool, and swooning because it's supposed to be ridiculous anyway, he totally sells it, and dammit he's the most gorgeous thing I've ever seen. THIS. TRUTH.

AND OH RIGHT, I TALK A LOT.

I am in love with Tom Felton, and he finally played Malfoy like a real person. I'm so proud of him :') He and Dan, they've grown so much as actors. I don't care how long it took them to get it, I'm just glad they completely get these characters now.

And Harry/Ginny is my otp D: I was so saddened by the way they did in the movie. I WANTED THEIR BIG AWESOME EPIC KISS AFTER THE QUIDDITCH MATCH. They made is akfjakfha AWKWARD, it made me sad. Argh.

I HAVE SO MUCH LOVE FOR THE HP KIDS RIGHT NOW, I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO DO WITH MYSELF. Especially Dan and Tom, omfg. I'm just. I'm floored at what they did in HBP, and I'm so so proud of them! Finally, they've grown into their roles, and they're kicking ass. So much awesome.

I wanted to love Harry/Ginny too, but I didn't like even one of their scenes in the movie! Argh. :( It was so awkward, none of it was emotionally satisfying, etc etc. It just did nothing for me, which is sad because HBP is supposed to be their book. Sigh. Maybe they'll get it right for DH?

ALSO: AARON. FOREVER. ♥
