Welcome back, Al. I certainly noticed your absence and have missed you. But I also have to say I admire and agree with your decision for taking a break~~ I know how time consuming the computer and blogging can be and that there are other things to do in life.

My niece went to Singapore on business a few years ago and was impressed with it. Now I know what she's talking about. She specifically mentioned the cleanliness.
Did you get to see more beyond the 'touristy photo-op' areas? Still as nice?
Those buildings remind me of something outrageous as Las Vegas or Dubai...
