Aren't these places wonderful and the bird life really is so impressive. Nice photos. Glad you had such a great trip there Al. Sorry about the shitty Brisbane weather. Hope you had your new car well tied down ; )

Thanks Greg. I had a great trip there and would love to see more, perhaps at another time of the year. Yes, the car was safe and undercover. I'm not going down that track again I hope!

YAY!!! Fantastic pics, as usual! The abundance of bird life up there is amazing isn't it? We went on a sunset cruise of the Yellow Water Billabong, and it was amazing. I so enjoyed your pics, they are such good memories for us.

Thanks Shelley...always nice to see pics of places you have been and can recall happy memories, isn't it? I am so pleased with my pictures of the trip. I would have loved to have done a sunset cruise....but I'm more than lucky to have seen what I did.

Who needs a vacation when they can take this journey with you through your photos?! The drawings are fascinating ... It reminds me of my childhood, when we visited the Pueblo Ruins in Colorado ... dwellings that were a thousand years old ... You have such a splendid eye!

Big HUGS!

Pleased you enjoyed the trip Neil. I have to admit that I'm not a massive fan of rock art, but this was amazing and I was suitably impressed.
