I'm stealing borrowing this page out of a couple peoples' books. I'm looking for fic prompts.
Yes, yes, I know I should be writing the next chapter of Summer Nights since I'm obviously still around, but I was kind of thinking I might save these prompts until I head off on my work trip, so I can be productive at something other than walking around a

I'd love Dead Like Me (gen fic) or Harry Potter (R/Hr or any rare pair of smaller characters or gen fic)
I'll give you some words prompts:
syrup, yellow, flowers, fruit, shower, cat, music, chocolate
Use them or don't, whatever you want. If these two fandoms give you problems then how about some Twilight. Whatever you want to write is cool with me :) Thanks!

Here's some words prompts:
Hail Mary, sticky, rain, humid, anger, sunflowers, silent, hockey, (Okay, so couldn't resist the last one, but hey Boreanaz is a huge fan of the evil flyers. That could work right?)
Use whatever you want. :) And hey if you can't get these two to work, how about a little John/Rodney friendship piece?
Oh, and I'm loving the new layout. :P

I've thought about the Bones one quite a bit, and nothing has really jumped out at me (yet). I hope I'll get a chance to write it some day, but I went for the alternate suggestion of John/Rodney friendship piece instead. Hopefully that's all right... I was inspired by a moment in The Prodigal, which I just watched. Anyway, I just wrote it quickly right now, but in the morning I'll self-beta and then post. Just wanted to let you know that I hadn't forgotten you! *hugs*

SGA: John/Ronon/McKay; friendship, guys night out and/or John/Teyla; dessert, mainland, picnic, pre-relationship or established relationship
Firefly: gen; mission gone wrong, lots of banter, humorous and/or Kaylee/Simon; engine room, Kaylee tries to cook/prepare/have a romantic dinner and it doesn't go exactly as planned.
Just some ideas! :)

I always like sentence prompts. I actually have a ton of them I collected in a notebook. Here's a few:
~She held the cup as if...
~The paper was worth more than my life...
~He was as innocent as...
~You think they're all sweetness and...
~The picture in the catalog had lied...
Hopefully those were a little helpful - if not now, maybe someday. I have a ton of these prompts if you ever want any more - or if these were inspiration-less. :)
