I just figured out why I like Jimmy Palmer on NCIS so much. Because he reminds me of Billy!!!

Not like their characters are the same, but he totally reminds me of Billy. 

Guess who guest starred on NCIS last night... Torri Higginson! I had no idea that she was going to be on until her name flashed across the bottom during the opening credits. I wasn't really paying attention, but obviously I'm conditioned to notice things like this, because the moment her name popped out I screamed out 'Torri Higginson is on!' Good ( Read more... )
