I'm generally a hearty person, but I have ups and downs with the best of them. This week is not starting out so great for me. I'm in one of my low periods. So, I've been cutting back drastically on how much soda I drink. When I go out to eat, I pick iced tea instead of soda. When I go to work in the morning, I bring in a 32 oz container of water, which I usually refill - and get the "suggested" 64 oz of water a day. I drink 1 cup of iced tea for lunch and one for dinner. And usually, that's it.
