Someone in the Department of Work and Pensions (the people that deal with my benefits) cannot understand the difference between week and month. Oh, god, the Department of Wankers and Pillocks strikes again. I swear, half the people there have a problem with basic reading comprehension.

I think u'r doing the DWP staff a great disfavour there. If only half can't read that'd the mean the other half are just plain incompentant!
