How the hell do people without education, information and support cope?
They don't. It's as simple as that. There should be a hell of a lot more support out there for EVERYONE, but ESPECIALLY people with disabilities, whether mental or physical.
From what I've experienced over the past few years, being on benefits is a HELL of a lot more stressful than working full time. It's probably designed that way on purpose, so people give up with the social security, get jobs and work themselves into early graves.
