You ever tried Freedom Lager (organic lager)? I tried it at the trade fair at the w/e and i *almost* liked it. This is high praise from someone who doesn't like beer/lager/ale!
Btw, obv this is not applicable atm (given that you specified fairly local) but now my teaching hrs have been cut i have more time, so it would be more practical to meet. Also, the weather has been a lot nicer lately, so it's nicer all round! Maybe coming down and going for a cycle and a paddle? I'm afraid i prolly can't afford to come up to Lunnon and see you right now (unless there are other things going on i can combine with)
