i'm gonna throw all the chocolates outta my room and go on diet from now onward...because i gained a kg within a week!!

don't diet! just spend more time with each individual piece of chocolate, making it last longer, and ultimately having to eat less to get the same enjoyment. go run around or play DDR to fight that kg. ^_^

I never got the arm-flab thing. I mean... it's just meat, hangin' on your arm. It's no different from belly fat or ass fat or BOOBS, for fuck's sake. The only time I think I'd look at someone funny is if, say, they were a size 0 (eew) and had impressive arm fat. Then I'd want to know how they had managed, but I think I'd be more intrigued than horrified (and I'd buy them a sandwich, because no-one should be a size 0).

OMG Otakon. Will you be there? Will you have a phone on you? I'm still wondering if I should go. My rooming situation is waaaaay sketchy. x_x;

size 0 and arm fat = liposuction only on rest of body. XD or, often the arm fat is like the last thing to go when your weight drops..

Hey, women's bodies come in all different shapes and sizes. Some women are naturally size 0 and it's rather rude of you to say that they shouldn't be.
