EeTeuk can see the Future.
He can see that ShinDong will dance his way into the lives of many and that one day he'll fall in love, like the rest of them. But he'll be the only one who doesn't fall in love with the wrong person.
Shindong didn't know the entire story. He didn't want to.
He was safe in his semi-straight world where his fellow members' lovelifes didn't pierce through.
Until, of course, his roommate came crashing into their shared bedroom and cried himself to sleep.
Donghae loved Kibum. Not Eunhyuk.
The words had been repeated for hours and Shindong stayed quiet as he rubbed the other's back until the smaller dancer had fallen into slumber.
Donghae loved Kibum. Not Eunhyuk.
He watched instead of interfered because it wasn't his place to. Three hearts. One frozen over, another bleeding and the last cut up into tiny pieces. Watching as the owners of the three hearts died and withered from the inside out until the outside was only a shell of the former beings that inhabited it.
Eeteuk said to him that years down the road, when he's found his own sort of happiness and all the world has finally turned their backs he'll try to help. But by then it'll be too late.
Shindong thought that maybe Eeteuk was trying to tell him something, but in the end he does nothing.
