We're looking forward to the film - it sounds like it doesn't take too many liberties with the story.

I liked the Film MORE than the book - it really got all the feeling of the book and somehow made it even better..for me

Another similarity to his other work is the Fairy Market, which is in Books of Magic, and, as a non-fairy variety, in Neverwhere. He likes his market, does our Neil.

Also enjoyed the movie. Good fun, and not too many deviations from the original. Sterling perormance from Robert de Niro!
