I found out Thursday night that Dan isnt going to jail!! I guess the lady that he is staying with (his old neighbor) went in with Dan to the probabtion officer and talked to him, so they came up with.. I talked to Dan last night, and hes kinda stranded at the bus station. I guess he called his mom to come pick him up and her boyfriend said that they werent coming and he didnt want him in his house anymore. Dan called...he was kicked out of his dads house...he and his sister. he is going to live at his moms house for as long as he needs...she is letting them stay there....so he's not dead...or homeless...just with his mom...
