I found out Thursday night that Dan isnt going to jail!! I guess the lady that he is staying with (his old neighbor) went in with Dan to the probabtion officer and talked to him, so they came up with.. Dan is going to pay 200$ for 2 months, he is working for her husband doing some kind of maintence work. He has to stay with her and hes not allowed leaving Georgia for those 2 months. I would have let you guys known sooner, but Ive been working like crazy. Ill be talking to him tonight..so I'll get more details then.
