AH!! Muriel's wedding, I lovelovelove that movie! :,)
For the cold: water, water, and more water, plus... my personal favorite 'cold cures' are citrus fruits, cayenne, hot fresh ginger tea, and steamy eucalyptus baths.
I remember Qua and Eru from way back, even if my memory does resemble Bilbo's a little. *kaff kaff* O.o Hope y'all had a fabu time.
The cold hasn't been too bad, I've just been a bit sniffly for the last few days. Water's pretty much all I drink and I drink a lot of it anyway, so no problem there.
I'm a bit fussy when it comes to cold remedies - I don't like lemon or ginger, let alone cayenne! ;) There are lozenges I often buy which have bee pollen in them and taste like aniseed. They are great for a sore throat and are supposed to boost your immune system. I scoff them like lollies sometimes even if I'm not sick ...
