its called PHOTOSHOP...or PAINT SHOP PRO...or one of those stupid programs..thats how you do it!

even paint works.. haha
open the image in paint
then go to IMAGE then STRETCH/SKEW then change the horizontal and vertical to a smaller percentage. not hard

last night was haMazing. so fuN!
