Ayup. How bad is it out your way? Last I heard, we were just going to get grazed, but as I type this I just got another news alert saying there's new snow totals anticipated. Bleh.

The weather forecast said 4-8 inches, and my client company sent everybody home at 2 pm.

It doesn't actually look that bad out my window, but I haven't even ventured out of the house today.

We briefly had very crunchy-sounding freezing rain, but now it sounds like rain-rain again. I think it's supposed to turn to snow around 8pm

S. is coming over straight from work to watch TV and sleep on my couch. He lives about 30 minutes away but works just down the road. I was concerned that it wasn't safe to drive. (A lot of places sent people home early, but not his employer!)
