Cat footprints on the car

It seems to me that this was a common complaint when I was a kid, at least in our neighborhood. "There are paw prints all over my car!"

Does anyone else experience this, these days? Did it happen in your neighborhood when you were a kid?

It happens in our garage, if we leave the door to the house open and let Toeffe wander in. :)

Toeffe's an adventurous boy, isn't he? Someday I'd like to see a picture of him in his harness on one of his walks.

I don't ever remember paw prints on a car, but I do remember a horrible experience a neighbor had with a cat that had crawled up into the engine of his car. Poor, poor kitty.
Nowadays, I get startled by stray cats as I pull into my driveway or step out of my house. We have several in the neighborhood and they all seem to want to move into my house. We have a house cat and I think she sends out "happy cat vibes" which attracts them.
