We're having a tornado warning, so I'm in the safest room in my apartment.  Which is not saying much.

They didn't say you couldn't use WiFi, though, just that you had to take cover immediately.

Birds are starting to chirp again.  Maybe it's over.  The warning's still in effect for another 15 minutes, though.

I stayed as safe as I was able! The new place has a 16x16 basement storage room, so when I move in I'll place a chair and a cot down there for this kind of emergency.

Although it was a warning (as opposed to a watch) there had been no sightings of funnel clouds. I don't believe any touched down. We were lucky.

(A tornado passed just to the north of me -- less than a mile away -- in 1998, and killed four people. So I do take them seriously.)
