As you may know, the NHL hockey season is back for 2005-06. Personally, I love the New Jersey Devils, since that is where I was born and raised for almost five years. Big deal, right? Your just asking to get your ass kicked.
It's like being at a show. You don't wear a band shirt that you're seeing live. It's the rules. And it works the same way for sports. I bet.

I can't go. I'm all 17. Plus. I don't have any interest in hockey.

Haha. It can't be like being at a show. If that's the case, then most of the Bengals season-ticket holders are just posing to get their asses kicked. You know...like that guy in the Towne Center parking lot. "They play on Sunday, buddy!"

Plus it would be silly for me to wear a Flyers jersey to a Blue Jackets/Devils game. They'd just think I'm confused or something.

Your logic is flawed. It's not like being at a show, because wearing a jersey of the team you're there to see is tastefully rooting for that team. However wearing the shirt of a band you're seeing live is just kind of dorky and doesn't make sense. The conflict at hand is that he would be wearing the jersey of the away team, and considering the belligerent nature of drunken hockey fans, would probably get his ass kicked.
