Since it came out in conversation last week that milk comes from cows (you should have seen the look of absolute certainty that Mummy and Daddy were on the wind up, followed by total shock and incredulity), Izzy has taken to asking where things come from. One of you distracts her while the other looks it up on t'intertubes. Works a treat til they get old enough that you can go and look it up together.

I seem to remember fuzzy felt was a by product of the felt gaskets they made for tanks, one of the workers noticed it's sticky behaviour and wikipedia confirms it for me I was right :D

One thing Mal has nevr let us get away with is 'from the shops'.

On the milk question Mal did ask early on (after doing the cow milk thing) about other milks and mummies which after he'd had it confirmed that mums did have milk in their boobs to feed babies led him to ask "and daddies too ?" when told no he looked questioningly at my chest and suggested "tea ?"
