so i finally got to talk to someone (her name was PEACHES-gotta love the south!).  she told me that her supervisor told her that the 2 cents would just go into "write-off" & was part of their accounting practices.  oh.  so your accounting practices include wasting paper, postage & man-power just to tell me i owe 2 cents which in turn winds me up so

if it makes you feel any better... they've been trying to charge us for cable tv for the past two months even though they took our box and remote. they came out the other day to "make sure it was turned off" and broke our internet. and now they won't come to fix it. i'm stealing from our neighbors. time warner does suck.
