Since she didn't get a chance to talk to Angel in the Student Council meeting, Isabel went down to his room that evening. Stopping outside the door, she knocked.

Angel put his book down. Well, he did after Sean launched himself off of the bed to run across the room to try to pounce on Isabel.

Unlike the puppy, Angel was more somber. "What's up?"

"C'mon in, Callisto," Angel said. He might've pretended that he was very non-chalant. He might've also tried to pretend that he didn't do a quick check of his hair before saying she could come in.

Angel grinned back. "It has been hours." He waved her in, moving his legs so she could sit on the bed with him if he wanted.

"Hey, Logan. Come on in," Angel called over the sound of Sean scampering to the door and barking with excitement.
