The Master turned his head as the Doctor cried out. Again. At this rate, he'd were going to end up dead before they could even do anything, which wasn't a good plan of action at all. The Master crossed his legs and pulled out his modulator, setting Colin to the side before giving the console a finale check over. He had auto pilot working, he could control it to pilot anywhere he wish and even got the lighting he'd installed to turn on at his whim... he still hadn't worked out how to fix that small issue of it exploding.

"Just be careful and try not to burn yourself this time, last time it set us back an hour," Course the Master could talk, the sheer amount of burns, cuts and almost lost limbs this week was staggering, especially in his case. Sometimes all this was far too dangerous. Pulling himself up and towards one of the panels, the Master sighed. Another leak he'd have to patch up, he really hoped this was water leaking through and not some sort of engine coolant that would burn him. AgainHe put the modulator in his mouth and ( ... )

The Master rolled his eyes, shoving the sonic screwdriver into his back pocket and making a mental note to return it later as he prepared to go down the grave. He frowned at the sight and slipped down after the Doctor, sticking behind him in case there were any traps. At least he'd get a warning.

"Courses there's always stairs. Its a grave, they have to make it as awkward and creepy as possible," the Master complained as he peered around, trying to see his way around in the darkness.

"Where are we heading anyway?"

Heading down the stairs at an even pace -- he happened to like the unknown -- the Doctor glanced over his shoulder for just a moment. "Master, we did the research together so--"

They'd hit the bottom before he paused, the blond smacking right into his back.

"You didn't actually pay a lick of attention last night, did you?" He seemed to remember a game of catch with Colin actually. It made the Doctor frown lightly. "Oooh, well, I'll enlighten you. We're going to his gave obviously." He shook his head.

The Master never paid attention during research, he assumed the Doctor could fill it in for him later. He'd been paying catch with Colin, then he sneaked off to get cereal without the Doctor noticing and returned 15 minutes later with him still unaware. He'd even rewired his modulator. Paying attention, however, was not something he made a point to do.

"I was, I just forgot," he lied before he slammed right into the Doctor, banging his head on the other mans back. He really should of chosen that point in time to look down.

"Why'd you stop?! That hurt!"

Sometimes the Doctor just wanted to give the Master a right good shake and sometimes, despite the need to strangulate him, give him a great big snog as well. Thus was the problem with the Master, driving him alternatively mad with delight and slightly homicidal. "I stopped," he murmured, "because I can not see in the dark and you've my light source," he said so matter of factly that he had to bite his tongue.

The way was not dangerous, just spooky, and the Doctor did not want to waste the small remainder of nano-genes on a broken leg because he slipped.

The Master blinked before his eyes widened with understanding. "Right! Hang on, I can't see what I'm doing," he complained as he fiddled around, pulling out the Doctor sonic screwdriver and passing it forward to him. He didn't like stumbling around in the dark. One of them were likely to trip and fall knowing their track record. Still, the Master didn't mind too much, as long as he wasn't the one that fell.

"Ok once we have his notes, then what? I get that we'd study them and work out the best parts but don't we need a guinea pig. And I don't mean literally, we need a tester, if you will."
