There is nothing to fret over in this period of calm. Have you considered electroshock therapy? Once the twitching has stopped, I am certain you will find yourself thoroughly calmed down.

If you find that your life has become boring, perhaps enrichment activities would add a level of excitement and fulfillment to your otherwise pitiful, lonesome existence.
