The ship was still in a state in the hanger. It wasn't as bad as it had been. Lyssa had done a lot of work on it and had a few scrapes, ruined tools and piles of junk to show from it. She yelped and hopped about swearing as the wires she'd been stripping down gave her an electrical shock. She threw down the pliers she had been holding and stomped

Owen was in his lab. In his hands, he held a clipboard, taking inventory. He needed more supplies. And new equipment, but that was a long shot.

As Lyssa stomped around in the Hub, he winced. She was on her way down. And she didn't sound happy.

"What did you do now?"

She stopped still and held out her hand to show him.

"It shocked me. Again. This time is was worse." She looked about for a place she could sit down. "What you doing?" She could annoy keep him company a while before going back to the ship.

"Again?" He frowned and moved over to the counter, putting down the clipboard and putting on some gloves instead. Grabbing some bandages and a tube of healing cream, he placed some of it on her hand and then began to bandage her up. "What did you do to it now?"

"Trying to replace the wires, it needed it doing." She watched what he was doing carefully while actually being still enough for him.

"You want to help?"

Owen shook his head as he escorted Lyssa out of the medical lab. One arm wrapped around her waist, he was quiet as they walked, thinking. He was great at medical things, but not so much at the technical stuff. He just knew how this would go.

As they walked into the hangar, he looked around. "Okay, where it it?"

Lyssa swore as all she saw was a set of steps."I think it does it on purpose. Damn thing should not be invisible." She shook her head and shouted in another language. The ship appeared suddenly next to the steps. "There, what d'you think?"

His eyes widened and he didn't know what to think. Not only had she done it, but she'd made it appear out of nowhere. And she'd hinted the ship had a mind of its own! His jaw dropped open and he just stood there, staring.

"Uh..."

Lyssa started laughing and put a hand out to gently close his mouth. "You'll catch flies like that." She took his hand and tugged him towards the steps.

"Even better on the inside."
